◉ Founded in 2012, AIR environmental protection (AIREP) has devoted itself to the control of flue gas nitrogen oxides in catalyst industry, and has become a national high-tech enterprise with R&D and production of denitrification catalysts and integration of denitrification systems. Its main business includes the production of SCR denitrification catalysts; the design and integration of flue gas denitrification systems; integrated products and equipment of high temperature dust removal and denitrification, etc. At present, it has completed more than 1,000 denitrification projects in the fields of cement, glass, chemical engineering, internal combustion engines, ships, distributed energy, etc. in addition, it is an eligible supplier of SINOPEC, CNPC and CNOOC systems and a member of China Flue Gas Pollution Control Innovation Alliance.
◉ Driven by scientific and technological innovation, AIREP's annual R&D investment accounts for more than 6.5%, and it has applied for more than 40 patented technologies. The existing products with independent patents can meet the denitrification requirements under the condition of flue gas with the temperature ranging from 150℃ to 600℃, and also include various high-efficiency denitrification catalysts with hole types ranging from 50 holes, 60 holes and more. After years of technical accumulation, AIREP has formed its own unique technology advantages in the field of denitrification catalysts, accumulated rich technical reserves and mastered the efficient and comprehensive production technology of denitrification catalysts. The self-developed technologies of AIREP, such as low temperature denitrification catalyst technology, medium temperature denitrification catalyst technology, high temperature denitrification catalyst technology, carbon monoxide removal technology and high temperature dust removal and denitrification integrated technology, have been successfully applied to many industries such as iron and steel metallurgy, cement and building materials, electricity, glass and biomass power generation.
