At this seminar and energy conservation and environmental protection exchange meeting, Aiyipu focused on the integrated solution of flue gas dust removal, desulfurization and denitrification. This technology is Aiyipu Environmental Protection's in-depth research on glass kiln dust removal and denitrification technology in recent years. The flue gas treatment technology of the furnace subverts the traditional process route of first denitrification, then dust removal and then desulfurization of glass flue gas. The scheme of dry desulfurization and then entering the dust and nitrate integrated treatment device is adopted. The failure rate of environmental protection equipment is low, and the amount of denitrification catalyst is greatly reduced. The service life can reach more than 5 years without replacement, and the utilization efficiency of waste heat is also greatly improved, which greatly reduces the operation Cost. The use of catalytic materials has a wide temperature range, and the use of metal filtration breaks the limitation of traditional materials not being temperature resistant. The effective use of synergistic catalytic materials allows the catalytic materials to perform perfectly. It can ensure that the dust removal is as low as 5mg/m3 and the denitration efficiency is as high as 90%, while reducing the amount and cost of catalysts by 80%. With the further enhancement of environmental protection policies and the further reduction of the emission indicators of the three major pollutants, it is believed that the products of this project will become a solution with higher comprehensive benefits for flue gas treatment in cement kilns, glass kilns, biomass boilers, waste incineration and other industries.
