New molecular sieve catalyst

AIREP has independently developed a molecular sieve denitrification catalyst with excellent high temperature resistance and relatively good low temperature activity. The activation temperature window of the catalyst is wide (300-600℃) and the removal efficiency of ammonia oxides is over 90%; in addition, it can still maintain good activity in the presence of water vapor and SO₂. Currently, the natural gas distributed energy denitrification system developed by AIREP has been successfully applied in denitrification projects of several natural gas distributed energy stations, such as a data center in Jiangsu, and the NOx emission concentration has reached near zero emission index (below 20 mg/Nm³).
